I’m Olivia, a qualified personal trainer, health and wellbeing coach, nutrition and weight loss specialist. I have been training clients for over 11 years and I have aligned my health and fitness strategy with God’s plan for your health.

It is my mandate to break the yoke of premature death and teach you in a unique, fun and fruitful way based on the Word of God. With my bespoke programs and packages, you will be trained how to run for God and have the endurance of a marathon runner. It’s not how you start but it’s about how you finish!

I believe that if you know who and whose you are then you are likely to stay on the journey to good health, and that’s what my programs and packages are all about.

I am not into ‘quick fad’ transformation programs and packages but seeing transformation in body, soul and spirit drives the passion for what I do! Now that’s transformation!

I am passionate for you to live a life of abundance, so you are fit to lead for God in power! That is why I focus on creating customised programs and packages that will help you incorporate health and fitness into your busy lifestyle. I want to serve you with a program or package that provides you for a life of longevity.

WHAT DO I GET?

  • 3 LIVE SESSIONS A WEEK AT 7AM: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY:

    Yes, that’s right I will be your accountability partner 3 mornings a week. I will motivate you because I truly care about your health and wellbeing, no excuses, lets do this!

  • 30 MINUTES OF UNINTERRUPTED WORKOUT:

    We go hard or we stay in bed. Successful people start the day right, you decide, it’s your choice.

  • VARIED METHODS OF TRAINING:

    Calisthenic workouts, biblical mindfulness, cardio workouts, slider workouts, boxing workouts, skipping work outs, HIIT workouts, stretching workouts, core workouts, resistance band workouts.

  • ACCESSIBLE POST RECORDINGS:

    There you have it, no excuse, you can replay our sessions if 3 days a week of me is not enough, go ahead and double it up (please don’t forget to rest).

  • MODIFICATIONS FOR ALL LEVELS:

    From beginners to advance level there will be no stagnation, that way no one is left behind. Dependent on your need, we can  also go fast or slow, whatever the flow don’t worry I got you! My name is Umer and I am a web developer nice to meet you!

  • NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE TIPS: 

    For a healthy mind, body and spirit  nutrition is key. I’ve got nutrition and lifestyle tips  for you.

  • COMMUNITY SUPPORT:

    Join the Morning with Olivia Facebook page and get the support you need. Drop your health questions in the group and I will answer them. Accountability will keep you going!

  • ​ WEEKLY MOTIVATION:

    For a successful day it’s important to start the day off right, we begin the sessions in prayer and end it in biblical mindful meditation. Every session will be varied to equip you for growth.

Olivia was fun, motivating and encouraging, pushing me to go beyond the level of what I thought I could do. I am not someone who naturally enjoys working out but I enjoyed them. Each session varied so I didn’t get bored and she went over and above to make sure I got the results I wanted.
