Just had several emails saying coaching call starts within 1 hour but says 7:00pm GMT. I keep on getting  duplicate emails come through since 12 midday to present every hour. :/.

For the past few days I have been increasing the amount of water I drink :) I have been having the 2L bottles after work. During work I have 2 smaller bottles. Why is it important to drink more water while releasing weight? I am hoping the scales shift for me. I know it helps to release toxins in the body.

Hi  @David Lamoureux  also I can't access the PDF leading without burnout. I have completed most of the short courses now.

I completed one of your courses tried to access the 1 hour audio but it says I can't access it :/. Any help to access it would be appreciated!
